政府批地, 樓價卻高企不下, 政府應協助降低樓價!! 4厘有即是無, 地產公司賺到笑! 0地價, 又高樓, 澳門土地資源寶貴, 強力要求政府施壓降價, 或如此高價則應拍賣土地增加政府收入! 有樓冇錢買, 政府公屋欠奉, 公理何在!! 一層樓, 經濟好-過百萬/數百萬, 經濟差, 樓價依然高!! 連唐樓價格都直迫百萬!! 價格高得過份!!

類似的例子，實在是數不勝數。比如，為手握重權的官員子女出國提供獎學金，弄到國外上學、定居。或者給官員提供「腐敗期權」，即官員在位時開綠燈，等這個官員退休或下海後，再給他在跨國公司裏弄個職位，給予高薪加以補償。

I've read your concerns about moving/expanding the University of Macau. I think there are more concerns to be raised. It is inevitable that UM has to rely on students from the mainland for expansion. A representative of mainland students indicated in the last university senate meeting that he had chosen UM because it is in Macao. He indicated that he would not have chosen UM if it is in the mainland. Local students have already indicated their concerns, if not opposition. Moving the university to the mainland may hurt rather than raise UM's international image. If expanding to the mainland is inevitable, the mainland campus should only be a second campus. The current university site must be retained 100% to ensure there is no corruption or secret dealings, and it should continue to be the headquarter of the university. Most of the UM staff and students learned from the newspapers that the university is going to present a plan to the Legco next week. We were not informed about this and have not seen the plan. We think the plan should at least be explained to the university staff and students to get our feedback before presenting it to the Legco. Students and staff have been discouraged from speaking openly about this topic. Some of us had been told to wait until the plan is done before commenting. It seems that a plan has now been made but it has not been shown to us and is going straightly to the Legco. In a way, I feel we have been cheated.
